Month 1 — Your Truest Vision
Living a beautiful life is an action of visionary leadership. So we are going to get clear on your truest vision for who you are, the life intend you live, and a way of defining leadership that integrates these pieces together. You will walk away with:
Your blueprint for a life of meaning and fulfillment.
Your unique set of strengths that characterize your talents, gifts, and authentic expression.
An understanding of the innate difference you want to make through your life.
Month 2 — Developing Your Visionary Practice
Creating a vision is a transformational practice, because it gives us something to aspire towards and to bring into the world. Yet a vision is without power, if we do not find ways to make it a reality. This month will be about beginning to develop a mindfulness that shifts you into taking action. In this month, you will:
Learn to identify internal stopping points.
Strengthen your ability to move beyond stopping points to go after your vision.
Learn how to turn small actions into lasting change.
Month 3 — Integrating Vision with Connection to Others
Our visions are often meant to be a contribution to both ourselves and to others. Living in empowering and compassionate ways support us to live our vision with integrity, authenticity, and a sense of genuine connection to people. In this month, you will:
Learn a practice for extending compassion for others.
Create a sense of genuine connection with more ease by not only understanding active listening skills, but what to actually listen for.
How to consistently generate social contexts of trust as part of your visionary leadership.
This experience is designed as a 1-on-1 experience, tailored to meet your needs and goals.
About the Coach:
Rodney Agnant is a leadership coach certified through the International Coaching Federation. Trained by the Co-Active Training Institute and the Academy for Coaching Excellence, Rodney’s coaching combines insights from his Master’s research with models for integrating mindfulness and leadership practices together. Rodney works with people in 1-on-1 coaching sessions, as well as leadership development workshops.
